  1.  Please note that we will need to confirm with the shipping company if your shipping address is considered a remote area after payment. Additional costs may be incurred if necessary.
  2. The black plastic box is provided to protect the shifter. Please note that if there is any damage to the plastic box, we will not provide any compensation for it. However, we are responsible for any defects in the Shifter itself.
  3. We are not responsible for any Import Duties or Taxes that may be applicable. (WE MAY HELP TO USE THE TAX FREE SHIPPING METHOD, PLEASE CONTACT US IF NECESSARY)
  4. Please do not change the address after confirmation, as any additional costs will be charged. Failure to adhere to this may result in the loss of the warranty.
  5. We do not offer a return policy.
  6. Please report any issues (e.g., missing parts) within two days of receiving the package. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide any follow-up action.
  7. Order Processing Time is 3-5 working days. Tracking Number will be provided accordingly.
